DePaul look to break a four game losing streak when they play host to the Liberty Flames on Wednesday. The Blue Demons come back home after a 72-54 loss. The Blue Demons were paced by Mac Koshwal’s 12 points and 8 rebounds in the defeat. Liberty comes in with a 7-2 record and a one game winning streak, as they bested Anderson by a score of 88-46 on Monday evening.

DePaul embarks on their second trip to the west coast this season to face the UCLA Bruins on Saturday for the John Wooden Classic at 6 P.M. The game will be played at the Honda Center in Anaheim. The Blue Demons enter the game with a 4-3 record, and currently are on a three game losing streak. DePaul was defeated by the Morgan State Bears on Wednesday by the score of 79-75. It was the first home loss of the season for the Blue Demons as they could not hold onto a ten point lead in the second half. The Blue Demons were led in scoring by Dar Tucker, who scored 21 points on the night. The 16th ranked Bruins enter the game with a 5-2 record after defeating Cal State Northridge on Sunday by the score of 85-67. The Bruins were led in scoring by Josh Shipp and Jrue Holiday both scoring 14 points. The DePaul-UCLA series dates all the way back to the 1940-1941 season, and the Bruins hold the 11-6 advantage. The Bruins won the last matchup between the two teams 94-88.

DePaul concludes a two game road trip on Saturday with a 2:30 matchup in Evanston against the Northwestern Wildcats. The Blue Demons enter the game with a 4-1 record after losing their first game of the season on Wednesday against the California Golden Bears by the score of 77-67. Dar Tucker led the Blue Demons in scoring for the fourth time this season with 21 points. Northwestern comes into the game with a 5-1 record after defeating Florida State at home by the score of 73-59. Craig Moore played all 40 minutes on Wednesday and led the Wildcats with 20 points. DePaul leads the all-time series between the two teams (which started during the 1911-1912 season) 19-9. DePaul defeated Northwestern by the slimmest of margins last season at the Allstate Arena 54-53.

The DePaul Blue Demons return home looking to forget a brutal defeat at the hands of the Northwestern Wildcats, as they welcome the Morgan State Bears this Wednesday. The Blue Demons last game was one they rather not remember, as they scored 36 points on 24% shooting in a 63-36 loss to the Wildcats. The Bears are 1-4 in their past five games, but their last game was a victory, as they beat Coppin State 62-48. Morgan State is 3-6 on the season. The Blue Demons are 4-2, with a losing streak of two.

DePaul head west in the hopes of starting 4-0 for the first time since the 2002-03 season this Wednesday at 9:30pm, where they will be hosted by the 5-1 California Golden Bears. The Blue Demons come into this game off a 75-70 victory against Indiana State. The Golden Bears come into the game after suffering their first loss of the season at the hands of the Florida State Seminoles. These two teams last met during the 2006-2007 season at Allstate Arena, where the Blue Demons walked away with a 90-62 victory. The Blue Demons hold the series lead at 3-2, with a two game winning streak against California.
